I combine somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and compassionate inquiry to support healing on every level. Together, we gently unpack the deeper patterns behind your stress, anxiety, or perfectionism—not to fix you, but to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were never broken, just overwhelmed or unheard.
This isn’t about pushing through or performing wellness. It’s about slowing down, learning to trust your body again, and building a real sense of inner safety. My role is to walk alongside you, creating a space that is warm, respectful, and attuned—so you can begin to feel grounded, whole, and fully at home in yourself.
More than a somatic practitioner and a coach, I am a trauma informed nervous system specialist. What that means is that I have spent countless hours, days, months and years studying how trauma impacts our lives and our nervous systems which is the foundation of my work. My priority is to facilitate a space where you can create safety in your body so that you can go deeper and deeper on your journey.
My approach is tailored to your nervous system and depending on the state of your nervous system I would make a recommendation that will include a combination of the modalities explained here.
My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds everything—the anxiety, the exhaustion, the self-doubt, and also the wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal. Many of the people I work with have tried talk therapy, mindset work, or self-help strategies, but still feel stuck. That’s because true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind—it happens when we feel safe enough in our bodies to begin releasing what’s been held there for far too long.
12 weekly sessions, tailored to your goals
Every week, we’ll meet for 2 to 2.5 hour sessions in person.
The session will start with an hour of cognitive work, meaning coaching/mentoring where we would go over what’s present for you at the time and what you need help with. We will be using techniques like NLP, self-compassion coaching and parts work.
And then, we will move into a one hour focused somatic modality that depending on your nervous system will include one or a combination of TVM, NeuroAffective Touch, Breathwork and Sound.
12 Weekly Somatic Sessions, tailored to your goals
Every week, we’ll meet for 1 to 1.5 hour sessions in person.
The session will be one hour focused on somatic work. Depending on the state of your nervous system will include one or a combination of Somatic Experiencing, TVM, NeuroAffective Touch, Breathwork and Sound.
Each session is designed to help you feel safe and grounded in your body, using gentle practices that support your nervous system and strengthen your ability to handle stress (also known as building vagal tone)
I will be sharing with you different tools and resources that will support you through the process of reconnecting with your body and creating a sense of inner safety.
Smaller packages may be available and can be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’re looking for a shorter commitment, I’m happy to explore what feels most supportive for you at this point in your journey.
This isn’t just healing. It’s coming home to yourself.
A lot of practitioners focus only on the nervous system or only on mindset. I weave somatic healing, nervous system regulation, breath, and compassionate, heart-centered presence into one deeply integrative experience. I don’t just teach regulation—I guide people to feel safe, connected, and truly at home in themselves.
I am not speaking from theory—I’ve lived through anxiety, self-criticism, panic, and the deep ache of disconnection. That lived experience gives my clients the gift of being truly seen and understood, not pathologized or “fixed.” My healing journey is what allows me to hold others with such honesty, softness, and power.
I help people slow down. Listen. Breathe. Feel. That’s rare in a world obsessed with fixing and speeding up. My work says: “Let’s go inward, let’s go gently, and let’s trust what unfolds.”
I’ve trained in multiple somatic and healing techniques—TVM, Transformational Breath®, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, NeuroAffective Touch, sound, NLP, and more—but I use them intuitively, not rigidly. That fusion creates a truly personalized, intuitive healing experience that’s tailored to each client’s body and needs.
Many people crave a sense of deeper connection, but don’t want anything that feels “woo.” My approach welcomes the spiritual without forcing it—I offer a grounded path to inner wholeness, self-trust, and reconnection with something bigger (whatever that means to them).
My clients don’t just get a practitioner—they get someone who listens deeply, walks alongside them, and helps them rebuild their sense of self with gentleness and clarity. There’s a relational safety and depth in your work that goes far beyond technique.
