From the Outside, I Had It All…

Coming from one of the poorest neighborhoods in Colombia, I had achieved the American Dream.
But inside, I was drowning—in anxiety, insomnia, depression, and self-criticism.

My Turning Point: A Spiritual Wake-Up Call

Thinking I needed a break, I signed up for a yoga retreat.
What I found instead was Kundalini Yoga and Transformational Breathwork—a spiritual journey I didn’t expect.

There, I had a powerful vision of my childhood self—lost, scared, and in the dark.
That moment changed everything.

I began practicing Transformational Breath regularly.
One morning, I woke up and the critical voice in my head… was gone.

It felt like a miracle.

A Journey Around the World

Fueled by curiosity and the shift to working remotely, my husband, Valentino, and I traveled the world exploring healing techniques.

I learned that healing starts in the body—regulating the nervous system to build a foundation of safety.

I became certified in multiple modalities and worked with hundreds of people, discovering one powerful truth:

Why Work With Me?

My approach begins with creating a sense of safety within the body, using techniques such as TVM, Somatic Experiencing, Inner Relationship Focusing, Breathwork, and Sound—tailored to meet each person’s unique nervous system state.

In addition to working with the body, I also support the cognitive and conscious aspects of healing. Through coaching, I help clients navigate present challenges, limiting beliefs, and setbacks using NLP while bringing awareness to how trauma has shaped their current experiences and cultivating self-compassion.

I find that this combination creates the best space for empowerment, resilience, and lasting transformation.
