Hi, I am Alejandra -I want you to know that healing is possible. You are not broken, and you are not alone. I help people who feel disconnected from their bodies and struggle with anxiety, panic, or depression reconnect with their emotions and create a sense of safety. Through breath, sound, nervous system regulation, and compassionate coaching.  

You probably tried everything—therapy sessions where you’ve spilled more secrets than a gossip column, yoga classes that left you as twisted as a pretzel, meditation apps promising instant enlightenment, and self-help books thicker than a phone book. Yet, despite all these efforts, you still feel unsafe in your body and overwhelmed by your emotions. 

I know exactly because I was YOU four years ago…  

I had a seven-figure business, a devoted husband, a little dog (Valentino)  that filled my heart with joy, and a beautiful apartment in my favorite neighborhood in LA. Coming from one of the poorest neighborhoods in Colombia, by all appearances, I was at the peak of success, living the American dream. Yet, beneath it all, I was struggling with anxiety, insomnia, depression, and an overwhelming inability to get out of bed—trapped in a relentless cycle of self-criticism that consumed my every waking moment. 

From Hopelessness to Inner Peace!

Thinking I was simply burned out from my business, I signed up for what I thought would be a relaxing yoga retreat—some meditation, some stretching, a chance to unwind. But I had no idea what I was actually walking into. It turned out to be a Kundalini yoga and Transformational Breath retreat, far more of a deep spiritual journey than just a physical practice.

I had never explored anything spiritual before, but I was so desperate that I thought, “What the hell, I’m here now—might as well give it a try!” and I went in with an open mind. During that time, I experienced a vivid vision of myself as a child, lost in darkness and nearly paralyzed by fear. I knew then that there was something there. 

When I returned home, I immersed myself in breathwork sessions, specifically Transformational Breath, and one day I woke up to find that the negative voice in my head was gone—it felt like a miracle! 

Driven to understand how I could heal myself and simply taking advantage of the new WFH environment, my husband, Valentino and I embarked on a traveling journey all over the world where I got to explore different healing techniques, seeking the most effective path to transformation. 

Through this journey, I discovered that true healing begins with the body—by addressing physical sensations and regulating the nervous system so we can create a foundation of safety. I became certified in a number of modalities where I got a profound understanding of the nervous system and polyvagal theory and I got to work with hundreds of people along the way. 

The conclusion was: 

The safer we feel in our bodies, the more we can process emotions and release trauma. 

Why work with me?

My approach begins with creating a sense of safety within the body, using techniques such as TVM, Somatic Experiencing, Inner Relationship Focusing, Breathwork, and Sound—tailored to meet each person’s unique nervous system state.

In addition to working with the body, I also support the cognitive and conscious aspects of healing. Through coaching, I help clients navigate present challenges, limiting beliefs, and setbacks using NLP while bringing awareness to how trauma has shaped their current experiences and cultivating self-compassion. 

I find that this combination creates the best space for empowerment, resilience, and lasting transformation.

We live in a system focused on quick fixes that mask symptoms without addressing the root causes, leaving us without the lasting change we truly need. 

My life isn’t perfect, and I don’t have all the answers—but what I do have is a deep sense of safety within my body. I can feel my emotions fully without being consumed by them, and I can regulate myself when life doesn’t go as planned. I take ownership of my triggers and have transformed toxic patterns that once hurt me and those I love.

Through this journey, I’ve built a deep, meaningful connection with myself—one rooted in self-love, compassion, and authenticity. I’ve cultivated a sense of self-worth that allows me to see endless possibilities beyond my past limitations. Today, I move forward with hope, knowing that I am capable of creating the life I desire.

I am not a special person, YOU have the same capacity to heal as me and as cliche as it sounds if I was able to do it you can do it too! 

Fun facts about me: 

I’m Colombian and have been living in LA for nearly 20 years, yet I’m a wanderer at heart—with over 40 countries stamped in my passport, 11 of them explored alongside my little adventure buddy, Valentino.

Music is a big part of my life, whether I’m lost in house and techno beats or spinning to salsa. As an advanced open water scuba diver, I’ve had some wild experiences beneath the surface. But if I had to pick the craziest thing I’ve ever done? Would be skydiving… by myself! 

Life, for me, is about experiences—exploring new places, being fully present, and embracing the deep connections that make it all meaningful. My love for my family and the relationship I’ve built with myself keep me going, and my spiritual journey has shaped the way I see the world. Helping others live a fulfilled and content life is at the heart of what I do, and by sharing my own path, I hope to give people the belief that change is possible for them too. At the end of the day, I trust that the universe wants the best for me, and that trust allows me to keep saying yes to life.

My approach to transformational breathwork is grounded in creating a calm and safe environment where you can explore the depths of your breath with deep awareness. I believe that through conscious breathing, we can access profound healing and spiritual connection.

My mission is clear: to bring the healing power of transformational breathwork to as many people as possible. I believe that the more people experience true happiness and emotional freedom, the better our world will be.

Client safety and comfort are my top priorities. I encourage clients to explore their breathwork journey at their own pace, ensuring they feel safe and supported at all times. My goal is to guide you gently, helping you delve as deep as you feel comfortable.

While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I find that both men and women in their 30s to 45s, who are seeking emotional freedom and personal growth, particularly resonate with my approach.
